Truck Entries are now open for our 38th Show!

We have some new categories and, following suggestions that we hold our presentations earlier, some important changes have been made to the check-in times and entry process.

Changes to be noted for this year:
  • All trucks [for judging] to be registered online by 21 November
  • Trucks to be judged are requested to check-in by 1.00pm Saturday.
  • Presentations will be held at 1.30pm Sunday
$1,000 will be awarded to the Truck of the Show. Trophies will be awarded to the winner of each listed category. In addition there will be Judges' and People's Choice Trophies awarded.

INFORMATION REQUIRED TO COMPLETE YOUR ONLINE ENTRY:

You will also be asked if you wish to participate in the Sunday morning convoy.

ENTRY FEE:
$50 per truck [weekend] including admission for driver and passenger.
To be paid by credit card as part of the registration process.

Truck Convoy Sunday

Following safety concerns brought to our attention last year, some changes have been made to the Sunday convoy.
  • Only pre-registered trucks are eligible for the convoy
  • Based on numbers a ballot may need to be conducted
  • Trucks exceeding the Johnstone St bridge clearance of 4.1m are NOT eligible for the convoy

Police have put us on notice that all normal ROAD RULES APPLY and infringements may result in prosecution

2025 RESULTS

2025 Truck of the Show was Reeve Transport's 2024 Kenworth T909. Congratulations Matt, Danni and Kai Reeve.

Was it a successful show?

  • Across the weekend, we consumed 80 dozen eggs from the Rotary BBQ tent alone!
  • 188 trucks registered to be judged.
  • 155 trucks in the Sunday morning convoy.
